Does premiumbuy provide exchanges or replacements?

It takes 5-7 business days after we receive and process your return for your money to be refunded using the same payment method you originally used.

Does it cost to return any product?

The cost of returning any faulty or damaged products will not be borne by the client. When this occurs, premiumbuy will cover the expense. However, customers must pay a 100 Taka processing charge for returns made owing to a change of heart. 

Premiumbuy will pick up the returned item from the customer's residence inside the Dhaka Metro, and the customer must leave the item at the Designated Drop-Off Location outside the Dhaka Hub for premiumbuy to pick up.

Refund Policy Requirements

The item needs to be flawless, unused, unworn, and unwashed. Even after being tried on to check if they fit, fashion items are still regarded as unworn.

We retain the right to send a product back to you if it is returned to us in same condition.

The item must have its original tags, instructions, warranty cards, bonuses, and accessories.

Reasons to return a product.

The delivered item is flawed or damaged (physically broken or destroyed) (dead on arrival)

The delivered Product is wrong (website presentation is different) or incomplete (missing parts)

Delivery method (Inside Dhaka Metro)

Regular Home Delivery:

Through our effective delivery system, we help you. We call the customer to confirm the order after receiving it. After ordering over the phone or at the specified time and day, your purchase will be at your door in 48 to 72 hours. Orders will be put on hold if a customer is not reached by phone.

Instant Home Delivery

You can choose the express home delivery option based on your needs. You will receive your requested things in this on the same day that your purchase is placed. The order must be confirmed and placed by noon to use this service on that day.

Fees for delivery (inside the Dhaka Metro):

• 60  Tk for regular home delivery

• 150 Tk for fast home delivery

Delivery Strategy (Whole of Bangladesh except Dhaka Metro)

Within 48 to 72 hours of placing the order, customers can pick up their desired item from the third-party branch. (The name of the courier and the branch locations will be disclosed during order processing/before shipping.)

Outside of Dhaka, regular courier pickup is Tk 150. (up to 3 kg)

* The shipping fee for deliveries outside of Dhaka will change depending on the size and weight of the package beyond 3 kg.

Delivery leads between 2 or 3 business days.

Customers who choose this option will receive their desired things at their doorstep within 3 to 4 working days after placing their order.

Outside of Dhaka, standard home delivery costs are Tk 150. (up to 2 kg)

* If the item weighs more than 2 kg and is delivered outside Dhaka, there will be an extra fee of Tk 30 per kg.
